We cordially invite you to another online meeting for parents caring for autistic children. This time we will focus on a simple way to calm the nervous system and support the production of love hormones.
Lecturer Tereza Vohryzková allow us a very simple but extremely effective technique that helps with stress, restlessness, heartburn, anxiety. This technique you can use not only for yourself, but also for your loved ones, whenever you do not feel well. In the second part, under the guidance of Tereza, we will practice a short lesson on relaxing, changing and opening the chest.
For the lesson, you will only need comfortable and warm clothes and a mat or blanket. We are looking forward to you!
